Career Transition Coaching

Using a variety of assessments and deep coaching, we work with clients to provide structure around managing their career goals. This could include re-shaping their current role; exploring other roles in their current organization; or, possibly, a complete career pivot.

Should a client decide on a career pivot, we can help structure a strategic, intentional job search – including coaching on the tactical elements (killer resume, LinkedIn profile and strategy, interview preparation, offer negotiations).

Empowering Women and Minority Leaders
Leadership Coaching Circle Program
Empower, Connect, Propel
As a woman and a minority, I know first-hand that leaders from diverse populations often face unique issues within their organizations while navigating the intersections of gender, race and other identities. With my deep Diversity & Inclusion leadership experiences at McKinsey & Company and Procter & Gamble, I developed a passion for helping women and minority leaders find their authentic leadership style. It’s a win-win for the individual and the organization to have a diversity of perspectives to bring about the best solutions.
Our Leadership Coaching Circle program is for mid-level high potential women and minority managers. It is a leadership development format that utilizes content, individual coaching, peer coaching and community mentorship.
The “magic” occurs from the participants developing a sense of community with others who have a similar background (gender, race and other identities) - - one that will, ideally, be maintained after the completion of the program.
