Our company’s Founder and Managing Partner is Margaret Brooks.

Margaret is a seasoned leadership coach and career strategy coach. She has 30 years of Human Capital leadership experiences - 18 years at McKinsey & Company and a combined 12 years at Procter & Gamble, Eli Lilly & Company and Ethcentric (start-up).

Throughout her 3 decades of working across multiple industries, Margaret gained first-hand experience of the challenges and benefits of leading and working in dynamic environments. Margaret started her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. After a rotation role as an HR Business Partner, Margaret knew she was destined to build a career on the “people side” of the business.

Margaret’s professional experiences include leadership roles in Recruitment, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement and launching a national Human Resources Shared Service Center.

Margaret has a track record of successfully supporting people through their paths to leadership and career transitions. She is trusted for her ability to help her clients create results, which she brings about through careful listening, compassionate directness and an eye on encouraging actionable efforts that lead to positive outcomes.

Margaret’s coaching approach weaves in elements of her belief in “Conscious Living” – choosing to live and thrive with intention, understanding one’s authentic nature and creating a life and work that is aligned with the greatest expression of that.

Margaret graduated salutatorian from the School of Business at Howard University. She completed the rigorous Leadership Transformation Coaching program at Georgetown University and has additional certification in Career Coaching.

Margaret is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the National Career Development Association. She is certified to administer the following assessments: Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Level 1 (HPI, HDS, MVPI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Margaret is a board advisory member for ProInspire. ProInspire’s mission is to provide services and tools for developing the leaders of organizations addressing the world’s greatest challenges.

Margaret lives in Washington, DC with her fur baby Sophie. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her studying mindfulness approaches and teaching and practicing Yin Yoga.
